1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Provided
Inked by Rackz is a private tattoo studio offering custom tattoo services by appointment only, operated by Henrry J. Services include custom tattoo design and application, consultations via online booking request, and trade/barter arrangements at the artist's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. Clients aged 16–17 may be permitted where parental consent is legally sufficient, provided a parent or legal guardian is present at the appointment and signs a written consent form. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your session.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
You must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect the tattooing process or healing. Henrry J. reserves the right to refuse service if there are reasonable health or safety concerns. See our Aftercare & Liability Policy for the full list of contraindications.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please notify Henrry J. at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule — via email or Instagram DM. Clients who cancel without notice or fail to appear may need to re-submit a new booking request. See our Booking Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Henrry J. remain the intellectual property of Inked by Rackz. Completed tattoo work may be photographed and shared on social media for portfolio purposes. If you do not consent to your work being shared publicly, notify Henrry J. before your appointment. Your face will never appear in promotional content without explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inked by Rackz is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or circumstances outside the studio's control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington County, Maryland.
