1. How Bookings Work
All appointments begin as a consultation request — submitting the form is the first step, not a confirmed booking. Henrry J. will review your idea, check availability, and reach out directly to confirm your date, discuss pricing, and answer any questions. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive that direct confirmation.
2. Response Times
Henrry J. typically responds within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday). If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, follow up via Instagram DM at @inkedbyrackz_ or email Inkbyrackz@gmail.com.
3. No Deposit Required
No deposit is needed to submit a request. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon directly with Henrry J. before your appointment. Payment is collected at the time of your session via CashApp or Zelle.
4. What to Bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required)
- Reference images saved on your phone
- Comfortable clothing with easy access to the tattoo area
- A light meal beforehand — don't arrive on an empty stomach
- Payment (CashApp or Zelle)
5. Health & Suitability
Please do not book if any of the following apply on the day of your session:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are ill, have a fever, or have an active skin condition at the tattoo site
- You are on blood thinners or immunosuppressants without physician clearance
- You have consumed alcohol within 24 hours
- You are sunburned near the intended tattoo area
Henrry J. reserves the right to refuse or postpone a session for health or safety reasons. See the Aftercare & Liability Policy for full contraindications.
6. Studio Etiquette
Inked by Rackz is a private studio. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session. You may bring one guest with advance notice. Children are not permitted during sessions. Henrry J. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive.
7. Accuracy of Information
By submitting a booking request, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false information — including age — may result in permanent refusal of service.
