Inked by Rackz is a private tattoo studio in Downtown Hagerstown, Maryland, operated by Henrry J. This policy explains how we collect and use the information you provide when submitting a booking, trade, or contact request.

We only collect what you voluntarily provide through our forms:
- Name, email, and phone — to contact you about your request
- Tattoo description and reference photos — to prepare your design
- IP address — recorded at submission for fraud prevention and consent verification
- Consent records — timestamp and record of which policies you agreed to
We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled directly between you and Henrry J. via CashApp or Zelle.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Review and respond to your booking or trade request
- Send confirmations, reminders, and status updates
- Maintain records for operational and compliance purposes
- Prevent fraudulent submissions
We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your information is stored securely in our database (Supabase, US-East). Reference photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain records for a minimum of 3 years for business and compliance purposes.
To request deletion of your data, email Inkbyrackz@gmail.com. We will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies required for functionality (such as language preferences). We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the contact consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Inked by Rackz about your booking or trade request. Message frequency varies. Standard rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian whose contact information will be used for communication.
